According to reports in Spain, the Turin-based club playing in the second league of Italy has made an offer to Madrid's team to acquire the forward Ronaldo.
On Saturday, "Cadena Ser" radio station reported on its website that Juventus would like to purchase the Brazilian in hopes of returning to the highest division in Italy next season, from which they fell due to a scandal last year.
The report also mentions that a major sports company, which sponsors Ronaldo and Turin's Juventus, is willing to pay part of the transfer fee.
Ronaldo, who does not fit into the plans of Madrid's head coach Fabio Capello, played in Italy from 1997 to 2002, wearing the jersey of Inter Milan.
As reported by the Spanish press on Wednesday, Ronaldo also wishes to purchase the wealthy Saudi Arabian club "Al Ittihad", which has already offered a sum of 20 million euros for the striker who became World Champion in 2002. Recently, former Real defender Luis Figo signed a contract with this club.
Madrid's Real president Ramon Calderon neither denied nor confirmed these statements: "At this moment, there is nothing concrete regarding a possible departure of Ronaldo to another club. Negotiations are ongoing, but there is still time until January 31 (ed. note - the last day of the winter transfer window)."
