Today in Italy, two really tough matches were played.
In the first match, held in the city of Palermo, the local team hosted the defending champions Turin's "Juventus" club, who contributed honorably throughout the match.
The home team, coached by Massimiliano Allegri, did not allow the dominance of their opponents by any means, but an own goal by Edoardo Goldaniga ultimately led the "bianconeri" to take three points, which keeps them at the top of the tournament table.
Shortly afterwards, the undefeated "Napoli" team had to battle against the fifth-placed Verona's "Chievo" team.
This match was also tense, but its outcome was essentially decided in the first half, as Manolo Gabbiadini and Marek Hamšik scored before the break.
Napoli is now one point behind "Juventus" after the victory.
