"Juventus" defender A. Pirlo - once again the best in Italy.

Once again! Juventus defender Andrea Pirlo has been named the best player in the Italian championship for the third consecutive season. "I always feel very happy to win these trophies," the 35-year-old Italian confessed on Monday evening when receiving the traditional prize awarded to him during special ceremonies. The best Serie A player is voted by the footballers themselves, who belong to the Italian professional footballers' association (AIC). Having moved from Milan to Juventus in 2011, A. Pirlo was named the best player of the 2011-2012, 2012-2013, and 2013-2014 seasons. Former Juventus and current Italian national team coach Antonio Conte received the prize for the best Serie A coach in 2013-2014. Under his leadership, the team from Turin won the country's championship for the third consecutive season.
