"Juventus" director revealed the amount earned by his agent from P. Pogba's transfer

"Juventus" General Director Giuseppe Marotta mentioned an impressive amount that went to player agent Mino Raiola for Paul Pogba's transfer to "Manchester United".

Let's remember that the Frenchman, who cost more than 100 million euros last summer, became the most expensive footballer of all time.

"When his contract ended, we acquired Paul Pogba from "Manchester United" for 1.5 million euros in order to prevent the English club from starting legal proceedings that would have delayed his registration," Marotta spoke at a "Juventus" shareholders' meeting.

"The agreement with the player brought some expenses to the agents and advisors."

"After four years at "Juventus", he decided to return to England. He wanted to move there at any cost, not just for money. We could have also agreed to his demands, but that would have caused unrest in the locker room."

"His sale to "Manchester United" earned us 105 million euros and 5 million as an additional payment, which we will receive if he signs a new contract with "United" or is sold for more than 50 million."

"We made a profit of 95 million euros, of which 27 million will be paid to Mino Raiola and his company. Taking into account taxes (for the agent - ed. note), our net profit from the Pogba sale is 72 million euros."
