The leaders of the Juventus team believe that the team has already grown financially strong and will be able to compete for the brightest stars on the planet, in the very prime of their powers.
The Italian press wrote that the team hopes to find the "new Cristiano Ronaldo" who will take the place of the current superstar in the future.
The club's shareholder president Paolo Aicardi said:
"Today everything is possible, as evidenced by the addition of defender Matthijs De Ligt to the team.
Our other idea is to hire a 'new C. Ronaldo', but a younger version."
The club's vice president Pavel Nedved also echoed him.
"We are always ready to seize every opportunity. We talked about improvement on all fronts and we want to achieve that."
