Over the past weekend, the Turin club "Juventus", who defended the title of Italian champions, set their sights on the defense of the "Twente" team Nacer Chadli, as reported by Belgian and Dutch press.
It is no secret that the Italian club is looking for attacking style players, and the 23-year-old Belgian national team player fits perfectly with the requirements set by "Juventus" coach Antonio Conte.
The tall and solid N. Chadli is characterized by great speed and excellent ball control. This season the footballer was plagued by injuries, but in 21 "Eredivisie" championship matches, the Belgian managed to score 9 goals and make 4 assists.
Last summer, N. Chadli was just a step away from transferring to the London club "Fulham", but negotiations broke down at the last minute.
The player, who still has one more year on his contract with "Twente", when asked about the interest from the strongest Italian club, answered: "There are no doubts – "Juventus" is a great club. However, "Serie A" is not the same as it used to be. Currently, there are three powerful clubs competing in the Italian championship – "Juventus", "Internazionale", and "Milan". I will make a decision about my future when the holidays begin."
