During the "Gran Gala del Calcio" awards ceremony held in Milan, the "Juventus" club stole the show.

Even four players from the best club of the past season category, "Juventus," were selected for the team of the season.

For the second time in a row, Turin team coach Antonio Conte was chosen as the best coach of the "Serie A" championship. This title was contested by the coach of Fiorentina, Vincenzo Montella.

"I send my thanks to all my players who worked with me. They are great footballers and wonderful people - working with them is a pleasure," said A. Conte as he accepted the award.

Andrea Agnelli, elected as the best club president, did not hide his ambitions: "Our goal is one - victories. Since last May, this word is constantly repeated in training sessions and we hope to win the Italian gold for the third time in a row at the end of the season."

For the second year in a row, Andrea Pirlo won the title of the best player of the past season in the Italian championship. He also made it into the team of the season alongside Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli, and Arturo Vidal.

The elections organized by the Italian Football Players Association (AIC) took place for the third time. In 2011, they replaced the previous "Oscar del Calcio" awards. The election commission is composed of players, coaches, referees, and journalists.
