Kwadwo Asamoah successfully underwent knee surgery, due to which Juventus' defender will not be able to play for three to four months. On the official website of the Italian club, it is written: "On Tuesday in Barcelona, Kwadwo Asamoah underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee meniscus. The surgery was successfully performed by Ramon Cugat together with the club doctor Andrea Causarano. The rehabilitation of the Ghanaian national team player will last from three to four months". The knee pain bothered the defender for quite a long time, and after the UEFA Champions League match against Olympiacos, it got even worse, so the club doctors decided to operate. The same operation will also be performed on another Juventus defender, Romulo. The player, who moved to Turin on loan basis from Verona's Hellas last summer, will undergo surgery on his shoulder muscle.
