The French newspaper "L'Equipe" reports that the best young player, K. Mbappe, awarded with the Silver Ball, donated his championship earnings to charity.
According to "Sports Illustrated," K. Mbappe earned an average of about 19.2 thousand euros per match and 299.2 thousand euros for a victory during the tournament. Since the young footballer played in 7 matches, it is estimated that his championship earnings reached about 433.6 thousand euros. As reported by "Business Insider," K. Mbappe decided to donate this money to the "Premiers de Cordee" association, which ensures that disabled children have the opportunity to engage in sports.
