Madridthe a-scm Real a-scm goalkeeper Keylor Navas said that despite spending most of this season on the bench, he will remain in the team and continue to fight for his place in the lineup.
The 28-year-old Costa Rican arrived at Santiago Bernabeu last summer from Levante, but only played 6 matches in La Liga, while defending the club's goal five times in cup competitions.
"We already have three high-level goalkeepers, but if a fourth were to arrive, I would accept it calmly and continue to work 100 percent," - Navas told journalists from his native country.
"I want the club to trust me and give me the opportunity to fight for my place. I have always seen myself as the goalkeeper of Real Madrid and I have never doubted my abilities. I will continue to humbly fight to achieve my goals."
Navas also added that the departure of coach Carlo Ancelotti will not change anything and he will continue to work as before.
