Bayern Munich's chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge revealed that the German champions intend to exercise the option in Kingsley Coman's loan agreement to buy him permanently.
The Frenchman moved to Bavaria from Juventus in Turin for 7 million euros for two years last season and immediately impressed with his excellent performance.
In order for the winger to become a full member of the club, Bayern will have to pay an additional 21 million euros.
"There is a very high chance that we will take advantage of the opportunity to buy Kingsley," Rummenigge told TZ.
Partly due to injuries to Arjen Robben, Coman played 37 matches in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing 12 assists.
