London's team "Tottenham" has been plagued by injuries lately, but it hasn't stopped the team from performing well in important matches of the season.
In the UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg, "Spurs" defeated Dortmund's "Borussia" at home with a score of 3:0 and have already advanced to the next stage. In the "Premier" League, the team has won their last four games and firmly holds third place in the standings.
"Tottenham" defender Kieran Trippier is pleased with the team's results, noting that at this stage of the season, results matter more than playing well.
"The past few weeks have been very good for us. We understand that we could have played better, but at this moment, the results are the most important thing.
"We had a few injuries, but other players did their jobs very well," Trippier said in an interview with "Soccer AM."
The Englishman didn't hesitate to praise Heung-min Son, who has been in great form and has already represented his national team twice this season.
"Look at Son, since the summer he has played in three tournaments with his national team, but he still looks fresh. He has returned and scored important goals that help us achieve the desired result," praised the team's defender.
