Just a few days after receiving a big positive response following his performance in the UEFA Champions League match against "Fenerbahce," Brazilian Kaka has extended his contract for one year. The newly signed contract will be valid until 2010.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder, who arrived at "Milan" in June 2003 for a sum of 8.5 million euros from the club "Sao Paulo," scored two goals on Tuesday against the Turkish team, leading to a 3-1 victory. The second goal, scored after an impressive run through half of the field, received high praise from experts as he dribbled past several defenders.
The 2002 World Champion with the Brazilian national team, Kaka has already scored 18 goals in "Serie A" and eight in European tournaments, helping "Milan" to become Italian champions for two consecutive years and reach the UEFA Champions League final last season.
