Madrid's "Real" club officially announced that forward Karim Benzema has signed a new contract with the team, which will be valid until 2019.
The UEFA Champions League winners had reached an agreement with the 26-year-old footballer earlier, but today the official signatures were put.
In 2009, K. Benzema, who left the "Lyon" club for 35 million euros, wore the "white" jersey in a total of 235 matches and scored 111 goals.
With "Real," the Frenchman managed to win five titles, and last season K. Benzema significantly contributed to the triumph in the Old Continent tournament.
