Halfway through the 36th round of the English Premier League, it is almost clear which teams will leave the competition.
Burnley suffered a 1-2 defeat to Tottenham away and officially learned their fate. Their return to the Premier League did not take long, as they no longer have a chance to catch up with the Nottingham Forest team.
Vincent Kompany led the team in the match, but goals from Pedro Porro and Micky van de Ven allowed them to celebrate a victory for the champions.
Luton Town also took the lead. However, they eventually lost 1-3 to West Ham United, who played their final home match under the leadership of David Moyes.
James Ward-Prowse, Tomas Soucek, and George Hirst scored goals for the Hammers.
Nottingham Forest are just one point away from tranquility, but even without it, their fate seems quite safe.
