On Thursday evening, the second finalist of the 2020 King's Cup was dramatically revealed.
In the second semifinal, "Granada" faced "Athletic" Bilbao for a spot in the final. Despite holding a two-goal advantage, "Granada" sadly said goodbye to their chances of fighting for the trophy.
The first match in Bilbao ended in a 1-0 victory for "Athletic".
"Granada" led 2-0 in the second half and was close to advancing to the final. The home team was disappointed by Yuri Berchiche, who scored the only goal for the "Athletic" team in the 81st minute.
Bilbao experienced a 2-1 defeat, but advanced to the final due to the away goal, where they will face San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" team.
The fight for the trophy will take place on April 18th in Seville.
