Klaipeda's "Atlantas" did not fail to impress the players of Vilnius "Zalgiris" in the final stretch of the "SMScredit.lt A Lyga" championship, but more players were delegated to the symbolic national team than to the capital team. Five "Atlantas" and four "Zalgiris" players were selected for the list. Traditionally, the national team coach - in this case, Igoris Pankratjevas replacing the retired Csaba Laszlo - selected the champions and fourth round teams, football commentators Nerijus Kesminas, Paulius Jakelis, Giedrius Vaitkevicius, sports journalist Evaldas Gelumbauskas, and alyga.smscredit.lt editor Martynas Pocius. The same judges also selected the symbolic team of young (born in 1991 and later) league players of the season. Unanimously recognized as stars of the season were the most productive player of the "SMScredit.lt A Lyga", Nerijus Valskis from Marijampolė's "Suduva", and "Zalgiris" defender Mantas Kuklys. Both received six votes. The sympathies of five respondents were earned by goalkeeper Armantas Vitkauskas and defender Luka Peričius of "Zalgiris", the trio of "Atlantas" players - defender Kazimieras Gnedojus, midfielder Donatas Kazlauskas, and forward Evaldas Razulis, as well as Panevėžys "Ekranas" defender Rytis Pilotas, and of four - Klaipėda's defender Marius Kazlauskas and midfielder Marius Papšys. The list of eleven players was rounded off by "Zalgiris" sniper Kamilis Bilinskis. Altogether, the names of 25 footballers were mentioned in the survey. Pavel Komolovas, Andrius Skerla, Egidijus Vaitkūnas, Vaidotas Šilėnas, Andro Švrljuga, Rytis Leliūga of "Zalgiris", Mantas Galdikas of "Atlantas", Marko Andjelkovičius of "Ekranas", Maximiliano Ugge, Petar Bašičius, Tomas Radzinevičius of "Suduva", Nerijus Mačiulis of Pakruojis "Kruoja", Rokas Borusas of Gargzdai "Bangos" and Arminas Vaskela of "Siauliai" were left out of the list of laureates of the season. National team players D. Kazlauskas and R. Pilotas also entered the "SMScredit.lt A Lyga" symbolic team of young players. Both of them, along with Tauragė's "Tauras" goalkeeper Edvinas Gertmonas and "Atlantas" defender Gerardas Žukauskas, received all six votes. Klaipėda footballers were also noticed in these elections. In addition to D. Kazlauskas and G. Žukauskas, defender Markas Beneta made it to the team. Two clubs have three players each in the list: "Ekranas" is represented by defenders R. Pilotas and Edvinas Girdvainis and midfielder Dovydas Norvilas, while "Suduva" has defender Maximiliano Ugge, midfielder Povilas Kiselevskis and forward Mohamad Kdouh. Among the top eleven young players of the championship, defender Tomas Birškys from "Šiauliai" also made it. In total, 25 players from eight clubs were mentioned in the survey. The opinions of the poll respondents were most divided when selecting the fourth round team. Although there were quite a few names mentioned - 24, only N. Valskis was elected unanimously. He remained the only player to be selected for all four symbolic teams until then - K. Gnedojus had been constantly chosen for them. Apart from the list of league top scorers, goalkeeper M. Galdikas, defenders Edgaras Žarskis, M. Kazlauskas, midfielders M. Papšys, D. Kazlauskas from "Atlantas", defenders M. Ugge, P. Bašičius from "Suduva", midfielder M. Andjelkovičius from "Ekranas", and forwards Ričardas Beniušis from "Kruoja" and Aurelijus Staponka from "Bangos" made it to the championship's final quarter constellation team.
