Kluivert continues the word war with "Barcelona" © EuroFootball.com

Spanish superclub's Dutch forward Patrick Kluivert continues his war of words with the Catalan team, where he has been playing for six years.

"No one from the club's management talks to me. I can't remember when Txiki (sports director of the team) or Rosell or someone else from the management spoke to me. I'm tired of defending lies," - said the Dutch national team player.

"I'm starting to think that it would be best for me to leave "Barcelona," - continued the disappointed forward. - I shouldn't be the one interested in extending the contract. And I certainly will not agree to reduce my salary. I did it last summer because the club needed help, but this year I definitely won't do it."

Meanwhile, as we have already reported, the club's coach Frank Rijkaard suggested the player to finish playing games in the press.

Kluivert, who previously played for Amsterdam's "Ajax" and "Milan" teams, is now actively interested in the English club "Newcastle United."
