Paris Saint-Germain newcomer Kylian Mbappe denies reports that he chose the French capital's team because of money or out of fear of competing with Madrid's Real stars.
The 18-year-old striker revealed his version to the magazine "Telefoot."
"Great players create history in their native country.
If I had left France just a few months ago, I would have become eternally promising.
When you arrive at PSG, you belong to a club that has ambitions to become the best in the world.
I will do everything to become part of the team's history.
Playing alongside Neymar will be incredible. I was already attracted by the opportunity to wear PSG's shirt, and the arrival of the Brazilian was an additional incentive," Mbappe said.
