"Barcelona" coach Luis Enrique did not hide his joy at the fighting spirit of his players.
In the UEFA Champions League match, the Catalans managed to come back in front of their own fans and win 2:1 against Leverkusen's "Bayer" in the final minutes of the game.
"This team has a special fighting spirit. We played the second match without Lionel Messi and achieved the second victory," said a satisfied Enrique.
"All the players were infected with this spirit and fought until the end of the match. I am pleased with Neymar and all the players who gave everything on the field," the coach said.
However, the coach was disappointed with the behavior of the fans when the club was trailing by one goal.
"At that moment, we needed more support from the fans. The team needs to be supported always, not just when everything is going well. The players fight until the end and deserve respect," he added.
