Leonas Goretzka promised to share his plans with the clubs hunting for him by the end of January. Among them, according to various reports, are giants such as "Manchester United," "Barcelona," Turin's "Juventus," Munich's "Bayern," and London's "Arsenal."
Goretzka's contract with Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke" will expire after this season, making him one of the most sought-after talents in Europe.
At the moment, he is only 22 years old, but the German has been one of the most important players for his team for several seasons now. Additionally, last summer he won the Confederations Cup with the national team.
"What the next step will be, I still have to clarify for myself," Goretzka revealed after the match against "Koln" with "Schalke."
"I have to consider a million things. I am a person who is very meticulous in such decisions. I imagine all scenarios. So, I need time."
"There is no final deadline, but I think we are in the final phase."
"The final decision will be made in January."
This season, Goretzka started by scoring four goals and providing one assist in 11 matches in all competitions.
