Stambul's "Besiktas" goalkeeper Loris Karius has decided to file a complaint against his club.
The 25-year-old German was upset that the Turkish team has not paid him his salary for four months.
According to the website "Goal," "Besiktas" owes the athlete almost a million euros.
L. Karius made contact with FIFA on February 20 and explained the situation in his letters.
The Turks received a demand to settle with the athlete, but nothing has changed since then.
L. Karius, who is owned by "Liverpool" but loaned to the Istanbul club, played 26 matches this season and managed to keep a clean sheet 5 times.
If FIFA's requirements are not met, the Turks could face various sanctions - from removal from European tournaments to point deductions.
