Goalkeeper Loris Karius has made a grand return to big football.

The 31-year-old German, who was a free agent, signed with the Gelsenkirchen club "Schalke" in January and showcased his skills in his debut match on the field.

The experienced player became an impenetrable wall in the "Bundesliga 2" league match against the "Preussen Muenster" club, winning 1:0.

L. Karius was also recognized as the best player of the match.
