Former London "Tottenham" captain Ledley King believes that the current "Spurs" team is even better than the one that reached the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals in 2011.
Back then, led by Gareth Bale, Luka Modric, and Rafael van der Vaart, the club defeated "Milan" and Milan's "Inter" on their way.
This season, Mauricio Pochettino's side is still in contention for the Premier League title and will have a chance to reduce the gap with "Leicester City."
"These guys are better as a team," King told Evening Standard. "Our team was more attacking, but they are more stable and defend better."
"We were probably more experienced with players like van der Vaart and Emmanuel Adebayor, and sometimes we could outscore opponents, but we didn't defend well enough as a team.
"That was our downside. They are more stable and solid as a team. They would probably beat us 3-0. It would be similar to last week's game against Manchester United."
Before facing Stoke City, "Tottenham" is eight points behind from the "foxes."
