Argentina and Miami "Inter" forward Lionel Messi has received a significant honor.

Last week, the world champion was invited to the White House, where President Joe Biden was set to present him with the "Medal of Freedom" – the highest civilian award in the United States.

However, L. Messi, thanking for the recognition, stated that this ceremony conflicts with his plans and that he will not be coming to Washington.
