After the match, it was counted that the 34-year-old veteran repeated the tournament's penalty miss record. During his career, L. Messi has missed his fifth penalty, surpassing Arsenal legend Thierry Henry. In total, the Argentine has stood at the 11-meter mark 23 times in the Champions League.
