L. Messi - the best player in the world in the number 10 position

International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has selected the best players in the 10th position of the 2019 year.

The so-called "playmakers" (creators of the ball - trn.) were chosen by independent journalists and experts from 90 countries.

Without much surprise, Lionel Messi took the first position, earning a total of 299 points. The second place went to Kevin De Bruyne - he received 85 points.

In third place is Eden Hazard (55 points), fourth is Roberto Firmino (46) and fifth is Bernardo Silva (32).

Players like Antoine Griezmann, Mohamed Salah, Christian Eriksen, and Luka Modric also made it into the top 20.
