Paris Saint-Germain could have lost points in the second round of the Champions League from three, but Lionel Messi saved them. PSG defeated RB Leipzig 3-2 at home. After Nordi Mukiele scored a goal in the 57th minute, the German team took the lead 2-1 and put pressure on the Parisian team. However, the situation was saved by L. Messi. The Argentine scored one goal after a successful pass from Kylian Mbappe, and another from the penalty spot with a "panenka" style. At the very end of the match, PSG could have scored another goal from the penalty spot. K. Mbappe had a chance, but he hit the ball well over the goal. However, the Frenchman scored his goal in the first half, while Andre Silva scored for RB Leipzig. After this victory, PSG maintained first place in the group A standings, while RB Leipzig remains at the bottom of the group.
