The experienced Croatian Luka Modrić received good news during the holiday season from the Madrid "Real" team. The 35-year-old midfielder had been expecting a new contract offer from the royal team for some time, as he desired to continue defending the colors of the "La Liga" champions. According to "Marca", both parties have already reached an agreement which will determine the athlete's future in Spain. It is stated that L. Modrić will remain at "Real" at least until the summer of 2022. During 14 seasons of "La Liga" matches, the midfielder scored 2 goals. The Madrid veteran has been playing since 2012, when he left the "Tottenham" club.
