Scoring great goals for Milan's "Inter" newcomer Lautaro Martinez is not enough.
The 20-year-old Argentine will have to improve in other areas - this was pointed out by "Serie A" club strategist Luciano Spalletti after the 1-0 victory against Madrid's "Atletico."
"You pay attention to players who score goals, but Martinez must better combine with his teammates, otherwise a precise shot is meaningless.
Lautaro often loses the ball too often and if the defense wasn't covering the gaps...
Fans want to see the team playing well from the start to finish of the match. They don't care much about individual episodes that make the headlines."
Asked if he would like to return to the "Wanda Metropolitano" stadium (where the Champions League final will take place) in June, L. Spalletti replied:
"Yes, we will win the 'Scudetto' and reach the Champions League final, is that what you wanted to hear?"
