"Liverpool" club's attacking leader Luis Suarez feels happy within the team and doesn't talk about leaving.

This season, the Uruguayan scored 31 goals in the Premier League and was recognized by both teammates and journalists as the best player in the championship.

"I signed a new contract because I feel happy here. If a person doesn't feel good, they don't sign any contract," said the Uruguayan.

"Liverpool" club is one of the best in the world for me because nobody feels better than others in the dressing room, and everyone works hard in training."

"I like that mentality we have. In other teams, some players feel more important than others, so there is no teamwork on the field."

The forward says that team captain Steven Gerrard has helped him a lot and has had a positive influence.

"Stevie is important for my career, he helped me last summer. To me, he is the best Liverpool player in history and also the best player I've played with. Gerrard is not just a captain. He helps the team, players, staff - everyone," praised L. Suarez.
