The head coach of "Manchester United" Louis van Gaal warned Angel Di Maria that the Argentine needs to change and adapt to the club.
Last summer, the 27-year-old footballer moved from Madrid's "Real" to "Man Utd" for a record sum for British football. The winger failed to shine and played only 28 matches this season, scoring four goals.
"All players had to adapt to my philosophy, so Di Maria is not an exception," emphasized the Dutch strategist at a press conference.
"Of course, he can still do it. I can easily change coaching methods, but when there are issues with behavioral change, it becomes very complex.
"I don't want to say that Di Maria lacks quality. He needs to do what we expect from him. Not only me, the whole club wants that," concluded L. van Gaal.
It is worth mentioning that today at 6 PM Lithuanian time, "Man Utd" will face London's "Arsenal" at home.
