Coach Louis van Gaal of "Manchester United" says that the "Red Devils" will be able to compete for the Premier League title only if they strengthen their team with capable players during the summer.
The former Dutch national team strategist made significant investments last offseason when he acquired Angel Di Maria, Daley Blind, Luke Shaw, and Marcos Rojo.
"The Manchester United board will now say that we have to fight for the champion titles," - van Gaal told MUTV.
