After winning the FA Cup final, "Man Utd" manager Louis van Gaal celebrated. According to him, during the season he managed to deal with many problems and break the team's losing streak.
However, he remained arrogant when journalists asked if these were the coach's last games leading the "Red Devils". The BBC reported that Jose Mourinho will be the new manager as of Tuesday.
"Do you see the cup? I don't talk about it (being fired - ed. note) with friends, because in the past six months the press has kicked me out many times. Now I won't talk about the incident," said the Dutchman.
"When I started working as a coach here, I said that a process of change was taking place. I had to renew the squad and I did it. Despite many injuries this season, we managed to win the FA Cup," van Gaal said.
The strategist assured that the streak of failures is over.
"I am very proud that I won a significant trophy for the first time since Sir Alex Ferguson's time," the Dutchman insisted.
