L. van Gaalas: We Probably Won't See any Newcomers in January

"Manchester United" coach Louis van Gaal has stated that in this winter transfer window they are unlikely to acquire any new players.

For a long time, rumors have been circulating in the media that the first January purchase for "Man Utd" will be Roma's Lazio defender Felipe Anderson. Van Gaal does not rule out this possibility, but emphasizes that they will most likely end up without a new player.

"I do not think that buying players in January is wise," the strategist said. "Of course, if there is a chance to buy players who would benefit our team, it would be necessary to acquire them, but I do not think we will do that in this transfer window."

"I have already said that we need a new creative player who is fast. I am pleased that Juan Mata is now demonstrating excellent form on the right flank," added Van Gaal.
