The 34-year-old footballer is most likely to sign a contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy team. According to British media reports, the Los Angeles team is offering the Englishman a contract worth 25 million euros.
During the week, the veteran will earn 127 thousand euros.
Los Angeles Galaxy previously paid a similar salary to David Beckham.
For comparison, Real Madrid pays Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo 485 thousand euros per week.
S.Gerrard is also interested in the Toronto and New York Red Bulls teams. The former wants to replace Englishman Jermain Defoe, while the New York club is looking for a replacement for Thierry Henry. However, it is undeniable that the defender will join the Galaxy.
