In the Spanish "La Liga" championship, the first two matches of the second round were played on Friday.
"Sevilla" once again won away after a fierce battle against their opponents. Julen Lopetegui's team defeated "Granada" 1-0.
The only winning goal of the match came in the 52nd minute, when one of "Sevilla's" summer newcomers, Joan Jordan, scored accurately.
"Sevilla" added the seventh point to their account.
In other eventful matches, Valencia's "Levante" defeated "Villarreal" at home.
"Submarines" took the lead in the 3rd minute, but penalties were awarded in the second half, which, unfortunately for "Villarreal," were missed only in front of their goal.
Marti Roger tested luck from the penalty spot three times. The first attempt was unsuccessful, but after VAR review, he was allowed to repeat the shot, which already hit the target. Just five minutes later, the forward stood at the penalty spot again and increased the victory for his team.
