"Lazio" tries to keep S. Milinković-Savić

"Rome's team "Lazio" is doing everything possible to keep one of the most important football players, Sergej Milinković-Savić, in their ranks.

"La Gazzetta dello Sport" reports that "Juventus", "Real Madrid", "Milan", "Manchester United", and PSG are all eyeing the defender for a new contract.

The current contract guarantees the player an annual income of 1.8 million euros, but "Lazio" would like to increase this amount to 3 million.

However, the contract would also include an astronomical release clause - potential buyers would have to gather as much as 150 million euros to acquire Milinković-Savić.

The 23-year-old player arrived in Rome in 2015 from "Genk", when "Lazio" did not hesitate to spend 18 million euros."
