Leap across nine leagues - "Crystal Palace" acquires a soccer player who played in an amateur league

Randell Williams, who played in the ninth league of England, achieved a dream-like career milestone - the player signed a contract with the Premier League's Crystal Palace.

The 19-year-old successfully showcased his skills during the trial period and signed a contract until the end of the season, with the possibility to extend the agreement.

Prior to this, Williams played in the Essex Senior Football League, which is the ninth tier of English football levels based on strength.

"Alan Pardew said he wants to take a closer look at me, so he invited me to train with the first team. I played a match behind closed doors against Crawley Town and performed well, impressing them," Williams said after signing the contract.
