“Leeds United” is preparing to outdo all competitors in the fight for PSV player Cody Gakpo signature.
“Mirror” wrote that last summer the 23-year-old Dutchman, who is linked with “Man Utd”, could come to England as early as January.
The PSV team, which did not qualify for the Champions League, would like to receive around 30 million pounds sterling from Leeds for the winger.
It is said that successful negotiations are currently taking place, and although the “Red Devils” coach Erik ten Hag was planning to buy C. Gakpo in the summer of 2023, the transfer to “Leeds” could happen in just a couple of months.
In the Dutch Championship, the player has scored 8 goals and provided 6 assists in 8 matches.
