"Burnley" 7-year stage in the Premier League has come to an end for the moment. In the last round, Mike Jackson's players lost 1-2 at home to "Newcastle United". In order to stay in the league, Burnley needed to achieve the same result as Leeds United. The team dramatically defeated "Brentford" on the road in a 2-1 victory and remained in the league. In extra time, Jack Harrison extended the lead for J. Marsch's players, but a draw would have been enough as well. Also, "Watford" and "Norwich" teams left the Premier League.
