"Liverpool" has received a reinforcement in the coaching staff. The legendary Brazilian goalkeeper and one of the best South American goalkeepers of all time, Claudio Taffarel, has joined the "Reds" coaching staff. Brazil will be the goalkeeper coach at this English club. C. Taffarel will join John Achterberg and Jack Robinson, who have already worked with goalkeepers at Liverpool. The legendary Brazilian goalkeeper was recommended to the club by current Brazil and Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker. C. Taffarel triumphed with Brazil at the 1994 World Cup and finished second in 1998. In 1989 and 1997, this legendary goalkeeper won the Copa America tournament with Brazil, and in 1991 and 1995 lost in the championship final. During his club career, C. Taffarel spent a lot of time at Parma, also played for Galatasaray in Istanbul, and in his homeland.
