"The Guardian" reports that the English champions have made a 27 million euro offer for Gabriel Barbosa - Gabigol, a forward belonging to the team "Santos".
The 19-year-old, called a future star, is intensively followed by the clubs "Juventus" from Turin and "Inter" from Milan.
Currently, Gabigol is defending his country's honor in the Olympic Games and it is believed that he will decide on his future after a few weeks.
