Bad news from the leaders' camp of the English Premier League. The head coach of Leicester City, Claudio Ranieri, confirmed that midfielder N'Golo Kante suffered an Achilles tendon injury.
For the 24-year-old footballer, this is his debut season in the Premier League, but the Frenchman is one of the most important players of the "Foxes" team. He played in all 27 English league games, scored one goal, and provided three assists.
C. Ranieri says that N. Kante must get some rest to recover from the pain. It is believed that without the footballer, Leicester will have to play without him in up to two matches.
"I think Kante will have to miss the next two games," said C. Ranieri. "He has some problems with his calf muscles, so I have to give him some rest."
Leicester will have to cope without the Frenchman tomorrow against Bournemouth and over the weekend when the Foxes face Watford.
