"London's “Chelsea” continue to actively pursue “Leicester City” center-back Wesley Fofana. On Tuesday, the “aristocrats” submitted another offer for the 21-year-old Frenchman, however, it was once again rejected. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, “Chelsea” offered around 70 million pounds sterling, but the London club does not want to pay the full amount at once. It is added that the player himself wants to move to London, so “Chelsea” is preparing to continue his pursuit.
