L.Enrique blames "townspeople" for loss

The Champions League match started by Barcelona seemed to be flying high and after Lionel Messi's goal, they led 1:0 against the "Man City" team.

However, mistakes started to pour in later and ultimately the visitors suffered a defeat of 1:3.

After the match, Barcelona's coach Luis Enrique frowned at the guilty player, whose error allowed the "citizens" to turn the game around.

According to the specialist, this happened after Sergi Roberto lost the ball.

"I think that in the first 40 minutes we played possibly the best in this season, and we fought against a top-level opponent.

It's a shame that after a stupid mistake we conceded a goal and from then on we fell into a hole.

When you allow opponents to score in such a way, it's no wonder that it affects the players' psychology", - said Enrique.

"In the second half of the match we still tried to dominate, but we failed due to frequent mistakes caused by the opponent's pressure."
