On Sunday, another "El Clasico" shook the Spanish "Primera" league. Barcelona defeated Madrid's Real 2:1.
After the match, Barcelona coach Luis Enrique praised the winning goal scored by Luis Suarez. According to him, the player proved he was worth the 88 million euros that the club paid to bring him from Liverpool.
"L.Suarez played amazing game. He scored that goal in a way not many could. That's why we called him and that's why we pay him that money. We really like his dedication," - praised the Uruguayan Barcelona strategist.
L.Enrique doesn't believe that the accumulated four-point advantage over Madrid's Real will be crucial and that the Catalans will become champions: "It's good to win against tough opponents, but this is not all. There are still many games to play and anything can happen."
Madrid's Real coach Carlo Ancelotti admitted that his team only controlled the game for an hour: "We played well until the second goal. After that, the game became very difficult. We lacked creativity to level the score. We only played long passes and couldn't come up with anything better."
"It's hard to say if the best team won. In the first hour, we were better, but in the last half-hour, Barcelona's counterattacks were deadly. Luis Suarez played well. I don't think they scored after our defensive mistakes," - the Italian coach did not spare criticism for his players.
The Madrid team's coach believes that not all is lost in the championship and Real can catch up with Barcelona.
