L.Enrique: "There are no seasons without defeats"

In the last round of the Spanish championship, the "Barcelona" footballers, who experienced failure in the "El Clasico" duel, will draw the necessary conclusions, said the head coach of the Catalan team, Luis Enrique, at a press conference held on Friday.

According to the strategist, after the defeat to Madrid "Real", his players did not need additional motivation.

"The players themselves perfectly understand the importance of such matches and the importance of losing in them. Yes, it's a very unpleasant thing. All failures somehow affect something - mood, self-confidence, morale, but there is no season without defeats. Eventually, mistakes are made in all matches, even those where you dominate the opponent and win confidently," noted Luis Enrique.

On Saturday, "Barcelona" will face the Vigo "Celta" team at their home "Camp Nou" stadium. This is the club where the current "Barca" coach trained last season.

However, the coach avoided further comments on this topic. He also did not want to reveal to journalists whether Luis Suarez will start the match against the visitors from Galicia from the very first minutes.

"I am the kind of person who first informs the player whether he will play or not on match day, so I don't want to say anything about it now," the strategist emphasized.

There were also rumors in the media about possible disagreements between Jeremy Mathieu and Luis Enrique regarding the fact that in the match against Madrid "Real", the Frenchman was instructed to play on the left defensive flank, but the head coach of Barcelona brushed off such talks.

"I don't need to say anything to him now. If he wants to talk to me, he can come anytime and tell me everything he thinks. There are no disagreements or uncertainties between us," reassured Luis Enrique.
