Leonardo about Neymar: "Negotiations are ongoing, but there is no agreement"

Paris Saint-Germain's sports director Leonardo confirmed that intense discussions are taking place regarding the sale of Neymar.

The Brazilian, who no longer wants to play for PSG, is openly considering a return to Barcelona. The Catalan club is also eager to reclaim the player, but the two clubs have not been able to find a compromise.

According to the latest information, PSG is demanding three players (Dembele, Rakitic, and Todibo) plus an additional 200 million euros for Neymar. Barcelona immediately rejected this possibility and it remains uncertain if they will be able to finalize the negotiations.

"The first offer for Neymar arrived on August 27. If we receive a suitable offer, of course Neymar will have the opportunity to leave, but at the moment that is not the case. However, we still have a few days until the end of the transfer window," Leonardo said after Friday's match.

"The negotiations are not 'dead,' but there is no agreement because we did not receive confirmation on the details of our deal. We are open to including other players in the discussions," the sports director added.
