Milan's director Leonardo rushed to calm the passions and told the media that the strategist can be calm about his position.
"We never considered the dismissal of G. Gattuso. We want to achieve our goals and enter the quarterfinals of the strongest teams.

Leonardo also commented on the situation of forward Gonzalo Higuain.
